Two types of memberships:

Charter member initiation fee : $1312.50 (regularly $1,750) or
Associate member initiation fee: $937.50 (regularly $1,250)

This Initiation fee is a one time fee to join the Club.  The Annual dues are on the MEMBERSHIP page.

Charter members may resell their "membership" at market price.
Annual dues will reflect the fee schedule for the transfer year.
These may be paid in full or over 5 months along with the annual dues.
