Charter member initiation fee : $875.00 (regularly $1,750) or
Associate member initiation fee: $625.00 (regularly $1,250

Charter members may resell their "membership" at market price.
Annual dues will reflect the fee schedule for the transfer year.
These may be paid in full or over 5 months along with the annual dues.
